One-on-One Design Consultation/Ideas Session

$360.00 Fixed Price (for up to 2 hours)

(If the job progresses from this initial consultation, the cost of this will be deducted from future works being carried out).

Includes:

· In-home design consultation for up to 2 hours.

· In-depth discussion including, questions, budgets, timelines, goals, wants, needs and design direction.

· Full site inspection including photo documentation applicable to the scope of works.

· Full measure of the existing floor plan and lighting/electrical layouts.

E-DESIGN AND INDIVIDUAL ROOM PACKAGES

Our affordable interior designer packages offer flexibility to create custom-designed dream spaces one room at a time. We provide clear designs for easy implementation when you're ready. This option is perfect for those who want a hands-on approach and different package options to fit their needs and budget.

FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE

POA

This is a full design service for those people who have large projects, multiple spaces, or who want a full in-house interior designer service. This type of service is split into two phases- The Design Phase and The Implementation Phase.

Phase One- Design This is the phase where much of the planning, big design ideas, creative thinking and solutions, costings and scope of works is completed.

Phase Two: Implementation. This is the phase where all the planning is executed to complete the project.

Accessories Only Package

Start from $360

This is for people who don’t need a full design package and just need help to finish off a space with decorative accessories. The price varies depending on the scope of each individual project. Please contact me for a detailed quote.

Colour Consultations

$199 Per Room

Don’t know where to start or not sure if you’re heading in the right direction. A colour consultation could save you both time and money. We will help you pick the best interior colours for your home considering your personal preferences, style, existing furnishings, and lighting.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Please note that all prices displayed on our website are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We make every effort to ensure that there are no errors in pricing or product information on our website. However, if such errors do occur, we reserve the right to rectify them.
We accept various payment methods, including credit card (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers.
All consultations are invoiced and payable 5 business days before an appointment.
Cancellation Policy on consultation of 2 business days or less prior to appointment with result in $160 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded to the client.
When making payments with credit cards, please be aware that individual providers may charge fees. We recommend that you carefully consider these fees before proceeding with any payments, as any applicable fees will be passed on to you as the client. To avoid these fees, we suggest paying via bank transfer instead.
Fabrics, antiques, and custom furniture orders require 100% payment prior to ordering/purchase.

PAYMENTS

All consultations are invoiced and payable in full 5 business days before an appointment.
All invoices must be paid in full within 7 business days from issue date.

Ongoing invoices are staggered throughout the project with the final invoice payable within 7 days of completion of major works on a project.

· Fabrics, antiques, and custom furniture orders require 100% payment prior to ordering/purchase.

· Pink August Design Co will request payment for the Fee and any other expenses by providing written invoices to the Client. These invoices will detail the amount of the Fee, each disbursement claimed, and any other payments due under the Design Contract. The Client is required to pay the full amount of each invoice within seven (7) business days.

· If there are any outstanding payments owed by the client to the designer as per the Design Contract, the designer may delay or withhold the provision of any services, including the delivery of any goods or documents, until payment arrangements have been mutually agreed upon between the designer and the client.

RETURNS/DAMAGED GOODS

If you decide to return an item after it has been ordered, please note that the supplier may charge a restocking fee, which is typically between 20-50% of the item's price, in addition to any return freight charges. Please be aware that whether to accept a return is at the supplier's discretion. It is the client’s responsibility to pay for any such fees or charges.
Please note that custom-made, bespoke, imported, or specialty orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-creditable. We apologize for any inconvenience and want to remind you that no exceptions can be made.
Pink August Design Co will not assume responsibility for any damages to goods that are delivered by a supplier. Nonetheless, if items were purchased by Pink August Design Co on behalf of a client and upon delivery, they are found to be damaged, Pink August Design Co will take the initiative to contact the supplier and arrange for either a full refund or replacement of the goods. It's important to keep in mind that if the goods were ordered directly by the client, Pink August Design cannot be held accountable for any issues that may arise, and it's the client's responsibility to rectify them.

ACCURACY OF COLOURS AND IMAGES

While we have taken all the necessary steps to showcase the colours and images of products, samples, and paints on our e-designs as accurately as possible, we cannot assure you that the colours displayed on your computer monitor will be a perfect match in person.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service, as well as any separate agreements where we provide you with services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and Australia.
